Approve a resolved complaint

When a complaint has been marked as resolved by a field worker, the system will send a request to the office to close the complaint. The complaint must be approved by the office before it is closed. Staff should ensure that the customer is satisfied before approving a resolved complaint. To approve a complaint:
  1. Go to Complaints
  2. Select Awaiting Approval from the Complaints menu
  3. On the overview of the complaint you want to approve, click Actions
  4. Select Approve

  5. Check New Status: Closed to approve the request to close the complaint
  6. Click Approved
