Contact a customer
Office staff may need to contact a customer regarding a booking. The system makes communication with customers quick and easy. To do this:
- Go to the booking
- At the top right of the page, click Customer
- Select Send Email or Send SMS
- Choose a canned response or type a message
- Press Send
Alternatively,
- Go to Bookings
- Select the type of booking or click All Bookings
- On the booking overview, click one of the contact icons below the customer’s name
