Find availability

If there has been a problem with a job and the fieldworker is required to go back out to fix the problem, users can find the availability of the technician to arrange a new date. To do this:
  1. Go to Invoices
  2. Select the type of invoice you wish to view or select All Invoices
  3. On the invoice overview click Actions
  4. Select Find Availability
  5. Click on the date to bring up the calendar and select a date, or use the blue arrows to go forward or back a day.
  6. The key will show when the fieldworker has jobs booked and when they are available.

Alternatively,
  1. Go to the invoice
  2. Click Find Availability at the top right of the page
