Find availability
If there has been a problem with a job and the fieldworker is required to go back out to fix the problem, users can find the availability of the technician to arrange a new date. To do this:
- Go to Invoices
- Select the type of invoice you wish to view or select All Invoices
- On the invoice overview click Actions
- Select Find Availability
- Click on the date to bring up the calendar and select a date, or use the blue arrows to go forward or back a day.
- The key will show when the fieldworker has jobs booked and when they are available.
