Contact a customer
Office staff may need to contact a customer regarding an inquiry. The system makes communication with customers quick and easy. To do this:
- Go to the inquiry
- At the top right of the page, click Email or SMS
- Select Send Email or Send SMS
- Choose a canned response or type a new message
- Press Send
Alternatively,
- Go to Inquiries
- Select the type of inquiry you wish to view or click All Inquiries
- On the inquiry overview, click one of the contact icons below the customer’s name
