Contact a customer

Office staff may need to contact a customer regarding an inquiry. The system makes communication with customers quick and easy. To do this:
  1. Go to the inquiry
  2. At the top right of the page, click Email or SMS
  3. Select Send Email or Send SMS
  4. Choose a canned response or type a new message
  5. Press Send
Alternatively,
  1. Go to Inquiries
  2. Select the type of inquiry you wish to view or click All Inquiries
  3. On the inquiry overview, click one of the contact icons below the customer’s name
