View invoice details

Users can view the details of an invoice at any time. This will show the booking information and any payments, refunds or complaints attached to the invoice. To view an invoice:

• If you have the invoice number (starting with INV-), enter it in the search bar to locate the invoice

Or,

1. Go to Invoices
2. Select the type of invoice you wish to view or click All Invoices
3. This will show an overview of each invoice, click the INV number to view an invoice in more detail
