View recent calls

The recent calls page shows any recent calls made through the system. Users can view their calls or all calls made. To do this:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click Recent at the top left of the page
3. Select Recent Calls
4. Use the drop down menu at the top right of the page to select All Dashboard to show all calls or My Dashboard to show calls made by you
