External emails

External emails can be set up for viewing and receiving in OctopusPro for example if you had your own or a business info, enquiry or customer service email address and wanted to include all communication within one single and recorded area.

To set up the email go the Settings/Companies/APIs and include your external email details.

The required API mail information will be: username, password and smtp domain as per the image below.
