Apply a price zone to a custom field

The price zone feature automatically updates the price of a service when the location is selected. A price zone can be assigned to a service’s custom field so that when this custom field is selected and the location is inputted, the correct price is applied. To do this:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Service Settings
3. Select Services
4. Beside the service, click Manage Custom Fields

 

5. Under a custom field, click Price Zone

5.Enter the zone name and select the locations included in this zone, then enter the unit price for this zone
6.Enter this information for all zones
7.Press Save
